What wearable devices does WellVue support?
WellVue connects to wearable devices via their official cloud APIs. Currently supported devices include smart rings and fitness trackers, with more wearables being added regularly. Data is accessed with your explicit consent via secure OAuth authorization.
Is my health data shared with anyone?
WellVue does NOT sell your health data to analytics, advertising, or data broker services. To provide AI-powered features, limited data is processed by open-source Gemma 4 (an open-source AI model) for analysis. Your data is not retained or used to train AI models. See our

How do I delete my account and data?
Go to Settings in the app and tap "Delete Account." This permanently and irreversibly removes all your data from our servers.
Can I use WellVue without a wearable device?
A compatible wearable device with an active membership is required for biometric data. You can explore the app's features without a device by choosing "Explore Free Demo" during onboarding, which shows sample data so you can see how the app works.
Is WellVue a medical device?
No. WellVue is a wellness and fitness companion, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a healthcare provider for medical decisions.
